The Most Rev. William R. Cavins is the founding bishop of the Diocese of Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs in the Reformed Catholic Church. His ministry reflects a deep commitment to inclusive worship, pastoral care, and social justice, with a vision of a Church that welcomes all and proclaims Christ’s love in word and action. Since 2020, he has served as pastor of Abiding Presence Faith Community in Orlando, Florida.

Bishop Cavins was ordained to the Diaconate on June 15, 1996, the Presbyterate on November 25, 2006, and consecrated as a Bishop on January 26, 2013. His episcopal motto, “In Christ’s Love,” expresses his dedication to compassion and reconciliation in every aspect of ministry.

He is the author of several devotional and theological works available on Amazon, including Beloved and Bold: Prayers for Queer Faith, Justice, and Joy, Come, O Come, Emmanuel, and Journeys of the Heart: Interfaith Prayers for Immigrant Lives. Bishop Cavins has also contributed to Extraordinary Catholics magazine. His writings emphasize prayer, justice, and the transformative power of grace.

Beyond his publications, Bishop Cavins is actively engaged in ecumenical dialogue and advocacy for marginalized communities, working to expand the Church’s presence and mission across the United States.

Rev. Mr. Christopher M. Larsen serves as a deacon in the Reformed Catholic Church, bringing years of dedication to ministry and service. Ordained to the Diaconate on October 24, 2020, he has faithfully assisted in liturgical celebrations, pastoral care, and community outreach. His ministry emphasizes compassion, inclusion, and a commitment to living out the Gospel in practical ways.

Deacon Larsen is known for his collaborative spirit and devotion to the Church’s mission of welcoming all people into the life of faith. He continues to support parish communities and diocesan initiatives, offering his gifts in preaching, teaching, and service.

Mr. Keegan Thomas Glover

Licensed Lay Minister – Reformed Catholic Church

Keegan Thomas Glover is a licensed Lay Minister in the Reformed Catholic Church, serving with a strong commitment to outreach and inclusion. His chief area of ministry is advocacy and pastoral support for the LGBTQIA+ community, where he works to create spaces of welcome, dignity, and spiritual growth.

Before joining the Reformed Catholic Church, Mr. Glover served within the Episcopal Church, bringing valuable experience in liturgy and community engagement. He is married to Charlotte Glover, and together they share a passion for hospitality and justice in ministry.

Keegan’s work reflects the Church’s mission to embody Christ’s love for all people, especially those who have experienced marginalization. His leadership in outreach initiatives continues to strengthen the bonds of faith and community across Orlando and beyond.

Rev. Anthony Borka, M.Div

Retired Priest – Orlando, Florida

Rev. Anthony Borka is a retired priest who has faithfully served the Church for many years, offering pastoral care, preaching, and sacramental ministry with dedication and compassion. He earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree as part of his theological formation and was ordained to the priesthood after years of preparation and service. Throughout his ministry, Fr. Borka has been known for his commitment to spiritual guidance, community outreach, and fostering inclusive worship. His pastoral work has touched countless lives, and even in retirement, he continues to be a source of wisdom and encouragement to those around him.
